Chandeliers in 28mm?
« on: 05 March 2009, 01:38:22 PM »
Anyone know where to get some that would fit 28mm games? I'd like to put some on a car like The Duke had in the film Escape From New York.

Thanks!

I don't know the film, but you might find some suitable from mega Miniatures and Mirliton (from italy).
Mostly medieaval types.

Maxmini just released a set of resin stuff including candles and a chandelier:

It's € 4,80 for the whole set.

I built one for a game a couple of years back. I've since given it away and have no pictures sadly enough.

I took six pieces of brass rod and bent each into a "J" shape and then bundled them together with the short ends sticking out. A second larger set was done and set beneath so that I had the frame for a 2 tier chandalier total height about an inch and a half and about 2 inches wide. I then painted all of this white. Next I strung four lengths of fine clear line taken from my wifes jewelry kit. Little drops of thick super glue were added to the lines and fine clear beads were slipped onto the frame.  The whole thing only took an hour or so.

What about using some ornate ear rings?
