rumacara, I really like your concept of developing characters and their miniatures for using them later in a game, it's very RPG-like in a very good way!

Just be advised: you start with a small group of medieval characters... and very soon you will be scratchbuilding the castle where they live and the nearby village they will have to defend!  ;)

And a cathedral for Arnauld's young brother who must become a bishop because he can't inherit the castle too. lol

Dinohunterpoa, a tower and palisade are in the head to make. o_o
The vilage is already made with Gripping Beast buildings (4 buildings painted and 3 more to paint). :D

Patrice, on the book Arnauld has a old brother and younger ones. The older one inherited the estate and Arnauld and the rest of the brothers and also some cousins are serving William the Bastard. ;)
Therefore a catedral is out of the question, although i´m not following the book. :D

I probably will situate is adventures after Hastings and still conquering England. That allows me to mix Welsh, Saxons, Irish and Scots.


God knows where this adventure will take me... ;D
