Lowtardog Does Scifi - Antares Isorians!

Not a big scifi gamer as normally struggle with inspiration, have to say however I have enjoyed reading through the Antares books and there is a good fan base with even fiction out there already!
The rules, having played them once seem good, they have a touch of oldhammer about them and I like the idea of drones and shards for future wars. And that is saying a lot form me as I am not really a fan of Boltaction, but I think these really fit the bill for scfi moreso than WW2 or Weird War
Anyway this is my Isorian force, I think upwards of 1500 points (depending on equipment) Next on the table will be some C3 Concord as picked up a similar sized fore on ebay

Very cool! I've only played once but I did enjoy it. Need to dig my stuff out and get it sorted! You're right about the Oldhammer feel. As Momotaro says, it's Rick bringing some of the old Rogue Trader stuff back from the past into a new game and setting.

Love these mate, spotted these on the FB group but I'll comment here
Aye Gates does seem to have quite a few Oldhammer'ers playing it. At the last Open Day a few weeks ago there were 6 Oldhammers that I know alone

Well done; always nice to see more Antares models here on LAF, especially the less common factions.
