Small Lion Rampant request

Hello all I have a small favour to ask I have the Lion Rampant rules and I want to use the Lion Rampant Roster sheet for when I use my Medieval figures in a game but I'm not sure if I can get a good printing of this page without doing some damage to the book itself.

So might it be possible for one of you to scan(if possible) this page and then send it to me in as an attachment in an email to me and then I can print it out?
