[Commercial] The Miniature Company new releases
« on: 08 October 2017, 10:48:06 AM »
Octobers new releases have just been added to the website (www.theminiaturecompany.co.uk) and are ready to ship. This month I've gone back to the Indians to add a second pack of four Bowmen...

plus the swordsmen pack has had another two figures added to give them the full compliment of four poses...

And there's also another new pack for the Dark Age Welsh in the form of four slingers...

More Welsh coming next month as well as the first of the New Kingdom Egyptians.

Thanks for looking!
Dave

Certainly need to be added to the range!

They're pretty useful in WAB too, so a good addition to my army  :D

Do you do all the sculpting yourself Dave? I have had an eye on your Indian range for a long time now!

I sculpt all of the figures and equipment, but the horses and elephant were from Ebob (although I did make some small alterations on both), so yes, pretty much everything you see is from me.

That’s pretty impressive! They look as if they might match quite well with the Foundry Macedonians by Steve Saleh and the Crusader ranges which would be good. Will have to work out what I need to order!

Any time frame on the maiden guard?

Cheers! They're a good match for the World of the Greeks figures (I think I put a comparison up on the Facebook page actually) but they're larger than Crusader. My figures standing straight are a pretty exact 28mm from base of the foot to the eye, whereas I think Crusader are around 25/26mm.

Maiden Guard will be the next release for the Indians as I'm working on them right now!

Cheers
Dave

This is a first: two releases in the same month!

I just finished the molds for the new Welsh Bowmen and Command pack, so rather than wait until next month, I thought I'd put them straight up on the website.

More Welsh and Indian releases coming next month!

Cheers
Dave
