They were from hobbycraft. Just laser cut mdf craft stuff. Not seen them in my local since

If you wait until the leadup to valentines, you can almost always find them in the wood shapes section of hobby stores...most have them the rest of the year as well. Not sure if they'd match exactly, but they have heart shapes
