28mm Hammer's Slammers?

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the rules for this game?  On amazon it said the rules were near 100$!  Is it out of print?

Also, where would I get some Slammers tanks in 28mm?  As well as 28mm tanks for use as other units from the series?  Is Old Crow Minis still around?  The website looks old like it is not.

At last count, Old Crow was still filling orders as possible if you could be bothered to hit up their old site from Archive.org to identify the stuff you wanted. However, Ainsty says that they're moving the 15mm stuff somewhere else and wlll be reporting back soon, so it's possible the entire line will be up and available again more easily soon? The good news is that they do 6mm as well, which i have and are excellent.
