Hi folks.
I lost my figure painting mojo a couple of decades ago after painting miniature for a living.
I got a chance to visit Warhammer world in Nottingham over Christmas and it got the juices flowing again.
I picked up a couple of the starter set games and actually enjoyed painting them! It wasn't a chore!
I started with some nice and simple space marines:

Then some stormcast eternals (lovely sculpts but a whole army of them would do my head in)

And then used some pox walkers so I could learn how Army Painter Quickshades work...


Quickshades are voodoo!
Spurred on, I bought myself the Seraphon Start collecting set and got to painting the big fella in the box!




Next came his rider as I tried out some colour schemes. I don't want them all blue, that would bore me silly...


And one of the Saurus Guard...


I'm currently working on the knight's colour scheme...
