Feculent Gnarlmawl
« on: 05 February 2018, 06:31:22 AM »
Here is the new GW Feculent Gnarlmaw.  It is an infected tree as far as I can tell.

I bought it last Sunday when I was running Necromunda games at the FLGS.  I'm going to put on an AoS game featuring a lot of the new Nurgle stuff in the next couple of weeks.  This will be there and I got some of the Pusgoyle Blightlords and they will be next up.

Really like the idea of these army-specific terrain pieces, I hope GW does more of them.
Disgusting job on the painting  ;)

That is a very imaginative creation with all sorts of things to copy. AND you have done a WONDERFUL job with the Beasty. OUTSTANDING WORK!

Well, that confirms my suspicion that the fool thing has some real potential not only as terrain but as a parts mine.  Have to keep an eye out for getting some cheapish.  Which may be difficult, since I've been listening to the Sigmar community chat and every Nurgle player in the universe needs multiples of them.  Going to wind up being the same thing as the Sylvaneth Wildwood (eg the old plastic Warhammer tree set) where the game rules drive sales on a ton of terrain for GW, keeping demand and prices high.

Well the price is already pretty reasonable.  One of them is only $30 retail, which isn't bad.

I'm glad you guys liked it.  I have the bells on now and I'll post some more pictures of that soon.

Even better as a parts mine with the bells.  :)  But while $30 isn't a terrible price, it's kind of hard to justify AS a parts mine, y'know?
