From my pile of shame: 28mm metal picts from Gripping Beast. These are supposed to be command and elite troops. I think they are not too well researched and have some weird design choices. I like their pictish horsemen and rank & file spearmen better.

Recent addition of mounted Gripping Beast Picts. Changed some of the fantasy helmets into Band-(Spangen)-helmets. Experimented with painting black cloth, which I don't like doing. But quite happy with the results.
