Does anyone know of a source for major battle sized ECW scenarios?
Is there anything similar to the excellent Gosling Press Renaissance booklets?

Try the Partizan Press ECW scenario books (there’s 4 in the series - they are designed for Forlorn Hope Rules but quite transferable).

Try the Partizan Press ECW scenario books
I'd second this suggestion, these books are excellent.

They are a good set of books - but a lot of the battles in them are pretty small scale ones. We have been using them recently for FKaP games, and it takes a bit of hunting through them to find good sized battles to play.

These rules are for large ECW/TYW battles and there is also a scenario book with large battles -

There are two scenario books for DBR (Early and late war) which cover pretty much every battle. I think the troop scales and types are explained in the scenario book. The maps show complete troop deployments.

The DBC books sound interesting, but a quick bit of research shows two problems, firstly they aren't very available, and secondly they don't seem to be very well thought of.

They are available from Keep Wargaming for 5 pounds each (plus P&P)

Not well thought of by whom? I've found them very useful. They give complete forces and dispositions for pretty much every civil war battle.
Another good source of OBs and battles is the Ordnance Survey guide to the Battlefields of Britain.
Available very cheap secondhand:

The couple of reviews I'd found suggested the maps were quite basic, and that the force lists were very much linked to DBR so not too easy to use generally.
But if they are decent, then they are well worth £5 each.

The force lists are linked to DBR, yes, but its not hard to use them for other rules. Horse are graded as Pistols, foot as Pike or Shot and so on. I think the books give you the numbers each element represents.

If you have scenarios for other time periods, you should be able to adapt them to ECW/TYW games. A fictional scenario can be as much fun as one based on a historical battle.
The group I game with used to play "Napoleon's Battles". We had run through all the scenarios and some of our made up scenarios lacked play balance or pizazz.
I took a scenario from one of the "Fire and Fury" booklets and adapted it to "Napoleon's Battles". I deleted most of the forests for the battlefield and changed the Victory Points a bit. The result was a fun game and nobody guessed that Napoleon had ventured into America.
