All resin. I do my own casting, so I can turn them around fast. Metal production is expensive and slow, especially if I only sell a few, so I only really do small infantry in metal.
For metal, I have:

Drones & Avenging Angels
and some odd ones thrown into moulds like the Mimic Gravestone.
