News from Germany
« on: 23 July 2009, 03:02:52 PM »
Hi there,

I might have been noticed somewhere around here. I recently joined this forum after I found out about it by both fellow Guild members who are present here as well and by the link on the Battlefield Berlin homepage. There´s a lot of stuff to my taste over here and I start to feel a bit comfortable. I prefer skirmish games and am the typical 75% painter, 25% gamer, since modeling and painting was always my main objective and I never gave up my dream of a model railway layout. Thus painting figures is a bit of a substitute for the lack of space to build tracks. I start to feel that there might probably be a solution soon, perhaps by combining both in a gameable railway layout...
Well, this is daydreaming yet. I will stick to my little metal men and paint on for a while. Nice to be here, I like your pulpy hobby photos and reports!

Combining Railways with gaming tables looks like a great solution, I had the same idea when I started my Wild West collection ;)
