Ancient Horror Figs?

Hello, all -

Can anyone recommend a source for figs that would be appropriate in an Ancient horror setting? That is, zombie games or the like but set during the late Classical era, let's say. Perhaps just a source of numerous, easily convertible civilian types? I've got the soldiers and such covered, but finding the fodder for zombies, creatures, etc... has proven a bit difficult. The only range I'm aware of with dedicated figures for this purpose is the Fin Bolg line carried for the Irish mythlore game done by Brigade Models.

Anything else? Any suggestions?

What's your setting? Europe, Africa, Egypt?

Crocodile Games has the Aegyptus line, nice unead and stuff there.

As I said, late Classical, so I'm thinking Europe mid-late Roman Imperial period. (Second to Fifth Centuries AD). Don't know if that helps, but I'm looking for figs that would fit in that millieu. Maybe a civilian with a knife who'd look like a maniac, maybe some chamber maids who'd convert into "classical vampires", that sort of stuff.

Wargames Factory's new ancients look generic enough. Mix in some of their zombie bits and you're off.

Some excellent finds... I thought Ghastly had long ago stopped production. Good to know Scale Creep has them, at least in theory.

I like the Varius line;) If I ever do a con game, I might have to steal it;)
