I just saw a copy of it at Barrage last month for $35, which seemed like a decent price.  I have a copy and it is invaluable to doing this period.

I saw that very same copy at Barrage as well. I believe it was Age of Glory selling it (based off of what Duncan from Barrage told me). I emailed Age of Glory for Chad but they never responded. I believe they will be attending Historicon, if I see the copy of the Cairns book I will pick it up and arrange to get it shipped to you. Probably won't get a better price than $35. Thanks for the offer. One of the previous posters has a copy he will sell me so it looks as though things are sorted. Thanks to all for their help
