28mm Crusades Command Bases
« on: August 03, 2020, 05:40:28 PM »

https://yarkshiregamer.blogspot.com/2020/08/28mm-crusades-command-bases.html

A real rarity from me today, I am always really slack when it comes to Command Bases so to have some done relatively soon in my Crusades Project is a miracle, divine intervention maybe !

Figures are 28mm from 1st Corps and the choice of livery is more based around spare decals in my paint box than anything else.

A little taster before the Kingdom of Jerusalem force review later in the week.

Looking forward to see them all together!

Those look great...I did a similar thing many years ago. I like the look of a leader and his standard bearer together on one base. I'm doing similar things with my Saga army "warlords," now. Though I have been adding in a musician and/or pet hound, too...  lol

Excellent looking figs.  Like others have mentioned, a number of my Saga Warlords have their bannerman on base with them.  Makes them easy to pick out and looks good.
