Glorfindel gets a smiting - more Middle-earth scrappage

You know it’s been a busy week when you post a battle report seven days after you ran the game! Last Thursday, Paul W and I played another battle set in Middle-earth using my own rules.  The Elves took quite a bashing, with Glorfindel dying heroically in single combat, but eventually pulled it out of the bag and drove the Orcs back to Angband.

The Elf army is Paul’s, all using GW minis; my Orc force is a more eclectic affair, featuring converted GW, Oathmark, Warlord and many other bits and pieces with Trolls from Reaper Bones. The terrain cloth is from Cigar Box.

Wonderful stuff.  Love the shot of the Elven cavalry crashing into the Wolf riders.  Those Elves must be kin of mine they look very similar. 

You're beating me on doing the reports too.  I've got two I have pictures for and haven't got around to writing a word.

Have you seen the new Wargames Atlantic Goblins?  They would mix in well and be a mine for kit bashing too.
