WarGods of Olympus has extensive rules for this, with unique omens themed for each god.

Players make an offering at the start of the battle to their god, the reaction can be positive or negative (depending on various factors).

We also have miniatures for the battlefield priests and mobile shrines.  Sparta and Troy so far, and yes -- that's the Palladium the Trojans are carrying.  I'm working on Athens next.
