Grenada 1856, The Filibuster War - Devon Wargames Group
« on: October 04, 2021, 05:50:51 PM »
The third game to feature at last month's meeting of the DWG demonstrates what a varied diet of games we enjoy at the club, as a few of the chaps got together to recreate events from the Filibuster War.

If you would like to see how President William Walker and his forces got on, then just follow the link to the club blog.

Nice to see somewhere exploring  more exotic subject matter. Of course an Mi-17 Hip helicopter as per the Alex Cox film could only improve things. :)

Did you use Foundry's filibuster figures?

Hi Inkapaduta,
Yes some of figures are Foundry. But also have some Boot Hill (Alamo) and Perry (ACE and Cape Wars).

Looks like a great game.  I’ve long been fascinated by Walker and his exploits.
