Magical stuff from yesteryear!
Remember those model aeroplanes you built with bits of balsa pinned/glued on top of a template thingy? I made a full size template of Charles Grant's 'grape shot' device. The resulting balsa wood construction was a wonder to behold, but, much like said balsa wood aircraft...
it smashed itself to smithereens on it's first sortie!

Thanks David for sharing! A trip down memory lane. Actually surprised Advertising Standards didn't take Hinchcliffe to task for those line illustrations of their products that don't look much like what they actually made! lol

Lol. I think there were a few companies guilty of that back in the day!
