Don’t get me wrong, those Footsore chaps look like lovely sculpts and very tempting. My one beef would be with the vaulting slinger. Fabulous figure as it is I doubt many folk would fancy a quarter of their slingers to be doing gymnastics.

Point taken. I think most Baron's War "retinues" are quite small  ??? I'm looking at buying quite a few so that slinger may well be getting replaced!

Maybe there will be more packs to come?

Hopefully, if it's successful enough.

Either that or you're going to have to install a wall of rocks behind the entire slinger unit, or else it will just look like "Mr Showoff" deliberately chose to run at the only rocks on the battlefield in order to showcase his vaulting (voltigeur?) skills.

Nice reference to Welsh leg-length, by the way.  I got it even if nobody else did.
No plan survives first contact with the dice.
