Picked up a copy of the 1st issue of "Dungeons & Dragons Adventurer!" published by Hachette in my local Asda.

Only £1.99 but comes with a box of polyhedral dice - d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 and a d10 percentage die.

I have no interest in D&D any more, but you can never have enough dice can you?

Looks like issue 2 will be £4.99 with different coloured dice.

I'd wondered about it for cheap figures, but the ones I saw in the advert were 2d standees :(

Not sure I need any more dice, but I am still likely to pick it up if I see it in ASDA ;D

I picked up this issue and it's quite good. I won't pick up any more though as they're not priced within my budget / need etc. Granddaughter had to have the dice set unfortunately  lol

Popped back to Asda Saturday morning. Issue 2 is out with the same dice types but in a different colour and the price has gone up to £4.99.

However, they still had 6 copies of Issue 1, so bought another two copies.

I don't think this magazine is going to be a big seller.

Yeah, some of their choices have been a bit odd recently. The other one being advertised just now is for a 1:2 scale Geiger Alien - https://alien.hachettepartworks.com/. Not exactly something in the news just now (I don't even remember when the last film was out).

I was so busy looking at the toys in ASDA on Saturday (to see if there was anything suitable for conversions) that I forgot to check for the magazine :(

Not too bothered, and at £4.99 I will definitely be leaving it on the shelf
