Anspach-Bayreuth

OK more Germans from my ridiculous AWI Collection.

I saw this on the 'Net and it seems as good as any:

"These troops sent by Charles Frederck Margrave of Anspach-Bayreuth consisted of two battalions of infantry a company of Jaegers and a company of 4 guns. The two regiments von Voight (red facings) and von Seybothen (black facings) contained 4 companies of musketeers and a grenadier company each. Each company also had their own "colour" (flag) all of which have the same design. Some of these colours still survive in the Yorktown museum and at West Point."

I need to "flag" these guys to finish them off.

Black leading off.....
Red are pix 4,5 and 6.

"ridiculous  'delightful' AWI Collection"

I am going to assume you have the grenadiers waiting in the wings as well as the Jaeger and artillery company, yes?  Thus the 'colors' will finish off the full contingent (less any later replacements, if any)?

Or am I engaging in wishful thinking?  ;)

These chaps (like ALL your other figures), look the business.

And perhaps the Grenadiers have been amalgamated with other Grenadiers in a separate battalion... ???
