Aw, he got that off the Animaniacs. They did that in a dollar store. And they were funnier than him, too.

Turf is funnier than Dom Joly
Waiter, my soup is giggling.

We all have own favourite when it comes to funny. Surely there is room for everyone without it becoming a competition?

Quite true!

Good grief, some people take humour far too seriously. ;D

Apology accepted.

Yes, I'm really sorry you find Dom Joly funny.  :?

Only if we're being oversensitive. We're free to express our dislikes just as we're free to express our likes. It would be very boring if we all liked the same things but even more boring if we weren't free to express our opinions. I don't expect anyone to come round to my way of thinking about Dom Joly, if someone likes him that's fair enough, just as I like comedy that other people may not like. What annoyed me was the suggestion that we shouldn't have said that we don't like his comedy, which made what had been a lighthearted derailing of a topic into a "don't express your opinion because someone might be offended" issue.

On a lighter note, my local Poundland hasn't got any copies in of At The Earth's Core. Will have to keep popping in.  :-[

North Americans rejoice.

I just picked up a DVD Double Bill of The Land That Time Forget and The People That Time Forgot for $5.00 at Walmart in Plattsburgh, NY.

Check out yours.......they rarely venture out alone.
