GetOfFenris and Jan Kowalski

Anybody have any dealings with GetOfFenris and Jan Kowalski - a 3D printing company?  I tried emailing and got a quick response but when I replied to that response - nothing for five days.  Given how fast the initial reply, that seems odd.  This was through Etsy so the issue might be with their communication portal but the initial contact was through that same portal.  Appreciate any insight anyone can provide.  This communication issue causes me considerable hesitation to place an order.

Please to report I did, eventually and with some prodding, hear back from GetOfFenris.  Unfortunately, 15 mm figures priced above $5.00 US each (with shipping) is just too steep a price for me.  That is a bit disappointing because he has some uniquely available figures for Star Wars that I'd love to have but 500% more than the most otherwise most expensive - and metal - 15 mm figures was too rich for me.  I wish him well.  I guess though prices aren't too high for those in the larger scales.
