Uscarl Miniatures Issues?

Hi,

Has anyone here tried ordering with Uscarl Miniatures recently (within the last year or so) and if so what was your experience?
I placed an order with them a few weeks ago, but haven't heard from them since. I've tried to contact them twice, with no response, so am just at the stage of getting a refund from Paypal.
I can't find any negative reviews of them, but I haven't found any reviews at all, so that doesn't really tell me anything.

Thoughts?

Update: I just received a reply from Uscarl, stating that they had been away and will complete my order shortly.
Looks like I jumped the gun and there was nothing to worry about.

Update 2: Items arrived as promised, so all good.
