Wot I need is a 28mm kind of holy-joe Father, in a straw hat type thingy. Could be a fighting one, leading a bunch of Spanish guerrillas in the peninsula.

Perry's produce a pack of armed priests/monksin their Carlist range. A bit later than Napoleonic but some would pass muster.
