Identification Request Thread - 15mm Orcs

Hi there,

Just going through a bunch of old minis and seeing what I'm ready to give away. Unfortunately that means trying to figure out what everything is!
I think identification threads are supposed to go in this folder but feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken.

First up, got this Citadel Skeleton Cavalry. I had him ID'd at one point, but can't seem to recall what he is now.
People here are pretty quick to ID this stuff, so I thought I'd ask.
