Zorro set but in 15 mm?
« on: 12 May 2025, 12:04:30 AM »

I would love to have a set like this - but in 15 mm (or 18 mm).  And, yes, I know, it is of 'limited interest'.  But it got made in 28 mm.  So, why not in 15 mm!

May I finish with a profound Harrumph!   ;)

But lots of stuff gets produced in 28mm and not replicated as 15s. I think 15mm is seen as a "big battle scale" whilst anything for 1-1 skirmish is viewed as the preserve of 28s. I bit of a shame but one of the current realities of wargaming life.

Yes...but people are doing skirmish gaming in 6 mm these days!  Seriously.

Indeed they are. I'm skirmishing in 15mm these days, as the quality of sculpts can now equal that of older 28s. Also, to be honest my failing eyesight means I can't paint newer 28s as well as they deserve to be painted. A badly painted 28mm with masses of sculpted details can look pretty shoddy.
