Awesome!  8)

You made them look uniform, but at the same time they're all individually different; spare parts, discolouration of paintjobs, wear and tear. It all made them come to life (but not as we know it) :)

Are these the Legion plastics? I've got a box of those stashed away as well...
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Thanks everyone, hopefully the droids have helped to reboot my painting mojo...  :)

Cheers, probably helped by forgetting my original paint mix, but the discolouration was intention... rather than the B1s eminating from the same "batch" i like the idea that someone has been collecting them over time, from various states of disrepair (hence also the red "reconditioned" parts)... for what purpose they've been (re) assembled... who knows  :D

Finished another batch of 16 Imperial Stormtroopers today.

The 8 NCOs finish off my second platoon, and the troopers go towards Third Platoon.  Am going to add in some resin prints to provide more options, as the solitary NCO in the original squad pack isn't in the most helpful pose, even after some minor adjustments made to this batch.

Just a reminder, I'm looking to field a full company, as follows:

Stormtrooper Organisational Structure

Company HQ
- Captain in Black dress uniform (rather than full armour)
- Chief (aka Sergeant-Major)
- Attachments: Communication, Medic, Sniper, Mortar, Flamer

4 Platoons, each as follows:

Platoon HQ
- Lieutenant
- Sergeant

Each platoon has 4 squads - each squad of 8 to include a Sergeant, a Corporal, and a heavy blaster (which in some squads might be carried by the corporal).

... so basically i need 143+ figures, depending on how many specialist supports i end up attaching to the Company HQ

Pauldron colours

Lieutenant- Orange
Sergeant - White
Corporal - Black
Attached Specialists - Blue (Sniper), Yellow (Artillery/mortar), Red (Flamer)

“Chief” (equivalent to a sergeant-major) can also be red …normally see one in a company, commanded by a Captain (who will be wearing the all black tunic etc rather than armour).
