Superfigs pics
« on: 20 June 2007, 03:54:14 AM »
I was cleaning up my hard-drive this weekend and stumbled across these pictures.  They were painted by some members of LAF and contributors to the miniatures hobby.  They include Jerry "The Icon" Frazee, Marc "Fantastic Worlds" Anderson, Kim "Gloire" Allman, and "Squiddy" Bob Bemis.  Eventually I will have some of my own done up and posted.

Look Daddy, I painted one of your robots!!!

I like the Supers. Good job. :)
IMO they are too glossy, but that is of course just a question of taste...
Maybe a quick coat of Testors would help.

AND - PLEASE - make the pics smaller!
A quick resizing with Photoshop to a width of 800pix and a 72 dpi resolution is all you need for showing photos on the net!
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Agis, I do not have Photoshop, but I had re-sized them to the 800 x 600 in iPhoto.  When I view them from the host page, they show up the right size, hence my incredulity at their robust size when posted to LAF.  If you click the links that I used for the images, you'll see their intended size.  If you have any suggestions or theories, please advise.

hi Chuck! I changed the resolution and made some auto colour correction, i think that looks a bit better now.

Very impressing job, lots of great supers and nicely painted, thumbs up!

It does my heart proud to see so many gorgeous paint-jobs on our SueprFigs! Kim, Jerry, and the gang are one of the best groups of gamers I know of. Thanks!
