Some games at Carronade 2010
« on: 14 May 2010, 10:06:55 AM »
Phil Olley's 30 Years War game

Barrie Hilton's Republic to Empire game

RAF Leuchars' The Magnificent Seven game

The Iron Brigade's ACW game

Bathgate Wargames Club's The Curse of the Crackenwald game

Interior shot

Franco-Prussian War game ~ small scale.

Back of Beyond game ~ I think.

The Trojan War

Medieval game

Finally, hoardes of visitors parting with their money ~ and not a spanner in sight!

My thanks to Sue who took many of the pictures and, eventually, let me borrow the camera to take a few other shots of the games.

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

Great show.
Looked even more popular than last year. The location is great with loads of room in all the different halls. Well worth a visit if anybody is interest from further south. You don’t need a passport to come north you know.   :D
I wish I had taken some photos.
Loads of traders.

First time I have seen the Ironclad stall. I could have been in this picture. Spent some time and money here.
Had a nice conversation with Ironclad man and he mentioned some very interesting projects he has underway, including houses, another couple of steam tanks and his own rules.
Malamute – If you happen to read this, he had some nice thing to say about the help you had given him in researching some figures
