After further research, it looks like it might be a foundry figure.

There appear to be 2 plague doctors in this grouping.

I was thinking of talking to Nic at Eureka Miniatures about adding a plague doctor to his Avalon Burning range.

Oooh!

So this mini is a... an advance version from that pack? Weird... Or is Foundry's "new" set of undead just a re-release of older figures?

Note the missing hat on this one, and where is the corpse in the Foundry pack?

I don't know if it is. This has nothing to do with the URL being foundry archive... They updated their website recently so if you now go to http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/ you are automatically redirected to http://foundryarchive.co.uk/
