Afghan forces completed!
« on: 24 December 2010, 12:16:52 AM »

Finally got an entire chunk of a 28mm project finished, our Afghans for ultra modern. Plenty of pictures of both miniatures and vehicles over at my blog... http://6milphil.wordpress.com/

Aye, apparently it's based on a famous photo from the 80's but I've not managed to track it down yet...

Excellent, thanks for finding the picture, I'll add it to the blog and give you a mention for being brill.   :D

Wish I could claim an *nth of the credit but it's Crouchie's paintjob on one of his vehicles from a previous range, it's a bit like having Michelangelo's David in your front room...  :D

Nice collection there Phil.

Sadly an Afghan Oddball would never be like our WW2 Sherman driving chum.

Your not aloud music in Afghan society you see.

So there goes the speakers, and our Afghan Oddball.

Funky vehicle all the same, I wonder if they still have it stashed away somewhere. Be a shame to blow up something with such a grand paint job.
