Yes, not really my cup of tea either, but I agree they are very well painted.

It's always nice to see how other people paint their stuff. Even if it's something you don't game with, there are always ideas to be borrowed and adapted :D

Nice work - I come up against Cryx a lot on the gaming table with my Cygnar, so I've grown to hate them, but these are nicely done. Asphyxious in particular is the best of the bunch - nice job!

You seem to have quite a talent for painting beaten metal, do you apply a particular trick or does it just turn out that way?

My Khadorans fought their first battles against Cryx. Yours are great classic paint jobs! I like their look best that way.

That's what I thought. The metal looks very convincing. I also really enjoy the way the eyes look on your bane thrall unit. Really good!

If there is anything I would do differently: I would probably start with a darker color on the clothes, bones etc to create a stronger contrast. But that's just a matter of taste.

At first @ all of you thanks for your commendation!  :o

@Gluteus Maximus: Yes thats right. I've learned a lot by look at Models from other Painters. A few thing i've copied. ;)

@YPU: This Models are the first Models i ever painted. It is an art of meditation to paint and so it flows from my Brain to my Hands. I dont think their was an trick it just turn out that way. The Colorscheme is the only thing i plan before i start to paint.

@Doomhippie: Thank for tip. Then the most of the Bones are not this i wanted, because they looks most "new" and not "used" or "old". This will be better.

P.S.: I'm a little bit proud of myself. *hihi* :)

And very well done for first models. There is a lot of potential here...  :)
