Ever since I first saw the Skreet Verminkin model from the Island of Blood set, I've wanted to convert into a Nurgle sorcerer/lord for my Chaos Marines.  So I bought the model last week, converted it and here's the results (sorry about the pics, I'm still learning where good lighting is concerned):
