For the money they're not bad, but the Wargamer series is what you want, NOT the Hobby branded ones. The white handled ones are the Wargamer series. The Hobby ones are good for starter brushes, but that's it.

I'd prefer a Winsor & Newton Artists Water Color Sable, Series 7, or da Vinci brush over any of the Army Painter brushes if money was no object, but at $3-$4 a pop the Army Painter Wargamer series are nice brushes, and are hard to overlook at those prices. You can do A LOT with a single Regiment brush too, I have. The drybrushes are much better than GW's drybrushes too. It's a really nice line, because they're work well, and are priced soooo affordable.

Here's a link to my review posted in July covering the entire line...

I hope that helps

Rosemary's brushes are £3.00 each, why would you buy anything else?

I would have to agree with matakishi about the Rosemary Series 33 brushes, I have just started using them instead of W&N and DaVinci, all three are excellent brushes but the Rosemary ones are in favour at the moment.

Rosemary are cool

so are W&N series 7 from Ken Bromley when they have a sale on

like them both equally

only have army painter flat dry brush and base brush which are good at what they need to do

I use them, they are superior to GW brushes and there is very little else available around here that I know of. Craft stores do sell other brands but at prices that would even make stone cold GW salesmen blush.  lol

I've heard good things about Rosemary, but haven't seen any first-hand. I guess I'll have to change that soon.
