Those are K-line buildings.  I got them at discount, so less than $20 US.  However they are usually in the $35 US range.  Beuatiful buildings though and some have fires escapes which accomodate 25mm bases!

A bit, but not that bad.  Anywhere from $15-50, depending on size and number of stories.  They come as just walls and a roof, which you have to assemble.

Check out Armor Cast for more details on them.  Sadly, I still haven't painted these, and since I am going away this weekend, I'll be lucky to get back to them by October. :(
