I nominate Manic Miner, he's only about 30 miles away... he can probably trek across the snow-bound wastes of Durham with badmington rackets strapped to his feet or something.

Bezzo - good call. Forgot about the Metro Centre. You're right it will be hell until the January sales are over, A1 round Gateshead is best avoided.

 As Red Orc say's I run Four A miniatures.Just starting out with a bit of everything.It is a very fractured range so far.I have loads of greens sitting waiting to go off to the mould makers.

 The range includes :-snow troopers,sea demons,imp's,death cherub's,zombie's and hunters.There are other miniatures too but like I say very different to other pieces out there.

 My table is in the first room along with Gateshead Gaming,Critical Mass and Tumbling Dice to name but a few.

 Just got the new winged gremlins in from Griffin Moulds.Stewart and Co. have come through again.These are a sci-fi type and there are three of them so far.They have seperate wings which fit each of the bodies.

 Looking forward to meeting more forum members.

I've just spoken to a TNT driver making a delivery.  The main roads are all clear of snow although some side roads are a bit of a problem.  Here in Boro the streets are clear despite the occasional very wet fall of snow.  Hang on. it's winter!
