Hi Hammers!!

I scratchbuilt mine starting from plastic straps (?) (see http://www.securityseal.com/italian/fascetta.html).
I cut them to the desired dimensions and added a frame.
Actually I did a master so now I only have to cast as many shutters I need.
Here an example
