« on: June 17, 2011, 03:58:20 PM »
good afternoon to you all

did find some in the old glory range

they have two different references, but only one with a picture

are those the same figurines and is only the amount of figurines different?

^^ If these are the Mexicans I am thinking of they are some of the worst miniatures ever made. Seriously. They devalue the metal in which they are cast.

I am afraid I have to disagree... the OG Pershing in Mexico range is one of the best of all the OG ranges. I have the pack mentioned and I like it, even if Foundry and Perry have better Spanish/Mexican sculpts. OG is though half price or less compared to those

I believe the pack abu iskander is referring to is not the pack in the Pershing range. From the code it looks like it comes from the Mexican American war range whcih are earlier sculpts and from what I have seen of them not the best.

The one set with the women and children included is very nice.  The one to avoid is the one with the mexican peasants armed with pitchforks, hoes, rifles etc.  That pack is not so nice...

Here's a link to The Bengal Club figures gallery.

Search for "Mex" and you'll retrieve both stock Federales and conversions.  There are lots of Old Glory figures, and even some of the civilians mentioned in previous posts.
