Are these up to par with the other Street Violence sculpts??  I think at least a few of them seem a little... well odd is probably the word I'm looking for?

No, most of them are poor conversions of previous releases. Like a lot of "new" Foundry stuff these days.

Crude headswaps and some new weapons on most of them, stuff most people could do themselves if they had the inclination.

Hmmm... Not really my thing, although I like 'Future Wars'-like gaming.
