Dr. Phibes?

Does anyone make a 28mm Dr. Phibes-ish miniature? I mean with his Vincent Price mask removed... mummy/skull headed fellow... preferably in evening wear or a surgical gown.
I've had a look 'round and haven't spotted much of anything. I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult to convert one...

They might be a little early but you could consider the Ripper in evening dress by Foundry as a basis for conversion:

Personally I'd look for a zombie with a suitable head to swap, or look at West Wind's seperate zombie heads

Thanks... I figured it probably be a job for a head swap.
Shouldn't be too hard... I'm thinking of finding a 'mask on' head as well as the skull-faced one and getting several duplicate bodies... so there can be a moment of 'surprise!'

Also, thinking about it, if you are wanting single figures for conversions, Hasslefree's Professor Beattie would make a good basis for headswaps:
