help with NMM
« on: September 07, 2011, 01:39:29 PM »
i understand the theory behind painting NMM and am able to do gold and silver nmm however im having trouble with what colors to use for different colored NMM.

i'm trying to attempt to do armor in white, green, red and blue, and was hoping to do it with nmm as i find it looks better and more realistic then using matalic paints. Any amount of help with this would be wonderful as i've been strugling for ages and after searching the web can only find instructions for gold and silvers.
i use reaper master series paint, but have also got GW paints.

thank you

armor in white...

I just paint it as "silver" but add lots more white as I go taking it to pure white for the extreme highlights.

Hope that helps.   :)
