Cages and prisons
« on: October 26, 2012, 03:18:35 PM »
Hey gang,

I'm looking for some advice. I've got a Delves game tomorrow night and I'd like to change up the adventure and add some cages/underground prisons for some hostages. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as I will have to scratch build them for tomorrow.

I figured I would ask all the great minds on LAF before I started in myself.

Thanks in advance,

Tenz

You are very low on time, but I would suspect if you went to a hardware store you could do something pretty quick (depending on size) using some foam, and chickenwire.

Really quick.... :o

Make up some rolls of bluetack/plasticeene and stick around base of your cell. Stick in a load of cocktail sticks. Top off with card.

Spray the whole thing grey. I reckon if you have the materials to hand job done in 20 mins max

Apparently all you need is corrugated cardboard and cocktail sticks.

One of our local pound stores usually has cheap toy sets (I know they all cost £1, but the toys are cheap quality if you get my drift), small packs on a theme, pirates, wizards, knights, dragons etc. They often have scenic pieces that are actually reasonable for space filling on a table. One of the sets has a square cage made of brass/gold coloured plastic.

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the ideas! unfortunately I was tied up for the evening and the day so I had to scrap the idea for the adventure but I will def. look to do the project in the coming week.

Again thanks :-)
