Field Guide release schedule - Update 10-09

when will we see some german army list? i have just bought some Fallschirmjager and i want to mark the various squad and fire teams. i always use the terrain on the bases to show the different unit. with the Fallschirmjager i think to use different color of the trousers or of the helmet to show fireteams, so i must know the unit composition.

German Panzergrenadiere (Late War)
US Armoured Infantry (Mid/ Late War)
British Carrier Platoon (Early to late War)
Soviet Motor Rifle Platoon (Mid/ Late War)

They will be out within the the next 2 weeks.

After that:
late war Fallschirmjäger
US Paras (Mid/ Late War)
British Paras
Soviet Guards Motor Rifle (Mid/ Late War)

what about italians?
i've a full Folgore paratroopers force with an AB41 that i hope to use, i already saw some of your beautiful models, so you shoud have already started to think to them, haven't you?

Italians will eventually be released. The Folgore are in fact more or less done...
But they need suitable opponents. So this will be a topic as soon as the Mid War lists are more common.

I think that Folgore fought in Italy even during Late period, in Sicily, at Anzio, in the battle of Cisterna and others, and  i remember that some platoons of the reformed Nembo division  fought with German Fallschirmjager in Russia and after in Holland during Operation Market Garden

After the last 4 Field Guide releases I am now seriously working on the US Technical Manual.
It should be ready in August.

After that (as planned):
late war Fallschirmjäger
US Paras (Mid/ Late War)
British Paras
Soviet Guards Motor Rifle (Mid/ Late War)

(I am still aiming at an August/September release)

Update: I have finished the work on the US Technical Manual, consequently works intensifies on suitable models. Layout, proofreading etc is still to be done!

The US Para book is soon ready to be released, same for the British Para book.


The US book and the British Para book will feature again the beautifully painted minis of my friend Tom Weiß.
