Yup, that's a two-cell church all right! In point of fact there's shedloads of churches all over that show evidence of there being an Anglo-Saxon structure there, but with almost nothing actually left to see. You can see and pick out various later bits as you sit inside there churches, but even if it's known there was an Anglo Saxon structure, you get one window and some quoins most of the time. Escomb's a lovely example of how it ought to look!
