Gaming Dead Rising

I was thinking about running a dead rising like tabletop game. Psychopaths (humans driven mad by the outbreak) feature Quite highly. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to game these and what systems would work best for games including such hazards?

I use Akula's rules and I personally think they are rather flexible. All you'd really have to do was maybe swap out the tank/special infected for physcos, psychos Im not sure how to spell it. I think That this is going to be very interesting and I look forward to seeing what you do with it. Are you doing The first Dead Rising or the Second.
