The OBL raid: Pentagon wargaming (literally)

Someone on my Twitter feed just posted a photo of a scale model of Osama Bin Laden's house in Abbottabad, made for the Pentagon in advance of the Navy SEAL raid:



I have no idea if its 28mm-compatible, or whose minis they were using however!  lol

scale is 1" to 7 foot, so 1/84. Could be used for 15mm I guess.

Hammers has been quiet for a while... he says he's been moving house, but then he'd have to invent a cover story wouldn't he? Okay not up to his usual standard, but I suspect time was an issue too...

Betchya  Jimbibbly's  little miffed he didn't get the contract. Still, I suspect the NSA weren't prepared to pay for a 36 foot minaret anyway.  :)
