To answer my own question.
Yes he is.
I ordered 3 of the British A13s.I'm guessing he is a partime one man band because he says right up front it will be a month and a half till shipment is made.
They are a bit pricey(I have heard they are really nice detailed) but I'm tired of waiting for these in 1/56.
